2002 S55 AMG
2002 S55, 141K Versus e55 w210

Hey all,
As the handle implies I come from a Subaru background... Everyone must grow up eventually
As it stands, I am currently in possession of a gorgeous 2002 W220 S55 N/A. The car has been garaged its whole life, paint and appearance is a 9/10. In the past 6 months, the following has been done:
-Brakes, front and rear, rotors and pads
-ABC system filter and flush
-Front and rear brake hoses replaced
-New OEM tires all around
In the past year or so, the compressor/hoses on the air suspension have been replaced. The car has no CEL, no service messages, but when coasting at higher speeds there is a weird sort of vibration (my thought was a wheel bearing, as it does not depend on RPM and doesnt show up at speeds under 50 MPH)
Now, I came into this car as sort of a coincidence, but I've been around it since it was brand new, know it has been consistently serviced, and know it hasn't been abused by its owner. Should the 141K miles worry me, or has most of what could go wrong, already gone wrong? However, the S55 is a little too much car for me. Things huge, and Im a single 22 year old with a career. Also of note is I have a cheap reliable car on lease so this would not be my DD. My ideal car is a W210 e55, but I'm concerned I will never be able to find one that has been taken care of as well as this W220. Is the W210 THAT much more reliable?

tl,dr: Do I keep a well maintained N/A S55 with 141K or do I sell and try to find my dream W210?
