Sparkplugs or coils on S65?
Just got my car into the shop with a misfire on cylinder 5 & 8 - only at high speed or "spirited" driving. Car misfires and shuts down but is fine when restarted. Car drives fine at normal cruising speed but engine checklight is on.
Could be coils or sparkplugs.
Anyone had the same issue?

Im putting my money on a bad coil pack. Had the same issue. Replaced both coli packs and new plugs. OEM manufacturer/part was available from AutoZone in the USA, $1800 for both coil packs and 24 OEM iridium tipped NGK plugs.

Thanks for the feedback, its an expensive fix. looks to be $2500 - 3000 parts swop here in Dubai! Will contact autozone to see if we can get it cheaper.
