Did a quick search and didn't see anything on this .. the rear sunshade on my 2005 S55 is stuck in the up position. I can hear a little click from the rear when I push the button but it does not move at all. Anyone have a clue what could cause this or how to fix it?

Remove all the trim work and replace the unit!!
