Oh nice.. I live in the Valley too.. and part of the time down in OC @ Newport Beach..

That chick's one of my friends & clubbin buddies..

Yea, i'm thinking of selling my SL soon though, am probably gonna go for a 360 coupe or a 911 C4S cab.... That's a beautiful house though! Love the style of it... How is it living in Encino Hills? Is there a lot of traffic to the Westside? I'm looking to buy another residence sometime in the next year but not sure where...

wow! where in the valley do you live? how old are you? what do you do for a living? buying homes, cars, boats, vacation homes!?? hahaha. the traffic to the westside is not bad. the 405 as you know sux so you can take sepulveda or go through small streets through the hills.

LOL! It's not like that... I'm 24, and finishing up my last year of law school.. I have an apt. in downtown Los Angeles and my parents live in the Valley --> in the Burbank Hills.. My own house is in Newport Beach which I purchased 2 years ago just as a summer home. As to what I do, i'm a professional zippo lighter repairman. :-P. haha, I also have a few businesses I own in Seattle that I started when I was 18..

My next investment i'm hoping is a home in Los Angeles, but i'm renting out here until the prices go down.. I'm thinking next year or the year after it'll be more reasonable to purchase a property.
