Is there a particular reason why you can't simply just post the pricing for all of your products in the thread itself? Does it have to do with not advertising a certain price under MSRP for these manufacturers?

Thank you for posting your questions on here. We have several reasons why we don't post MSRP pricing on here.

1. BRABUS restricts posting MSRP pricing because they feel it becomes very impersonal to the customers who inquire about the products.

2. Our companies defines "customer services" as deal with each customer one at a time, whether it PMs, emails, or a phone call. We understand its easier to just post prices, but our company core value defines that if we can't deal with the customers on a one on one bases, then why be in the customer service industry? We strive to not be like the rest of the vendors and just post prices, it truly becomes very impersonal and there would be no reason to have a sales staff.

We hope you can understand our company policy. We know sometimes its a hassle to PM or email us, but our sales staff are trained to respond and reply to any PMs and/or email as soon as possible.

Thank you 3WD for taking the time to post that nice reply. After having read your reasons I must say that I agree with everything you have said, and I haven't really looked at it that way. I have contacted you in the past regarding a product that you promoted and must say I am very impressed with your customer service and courtesy over PMs. I'll be contacting you in the near future regarding some spacers that I'm looking at.

Thank you for inquiring on the Brabus Monoblock F. Unfortunately the 20's are not available for the G-Wagon, only 23".

Let's hope this stuff actually exists and is ready for shipment. I ordered Brabus Bullit rear wing from these guys in october 2012 and it's now January 2013 and molds need to be remade apparently WTF ?? ! If I have this on car by February 2013 it will be a freaking miracle. To say I am not happy would be an understatement. Call meb****ing crazy but if a vendor advertises products for sale I am stupidly assume they actually exists ready to be sold and for immediate shipment ...not the case unfortunately...

Thank you for posting your concerns on here. Please know that we are truly and deeply sorry for the delays and any inconvenience this may have caused you. We are just an distributor of Brabus products and not the manufacture, like many other vendors, when productions is delayed on certain parts, we try our best to resolve the situation. When you had ordered the bullet rear spoiler we had mentioned to you that the part was not in stock and had to "custom special ordered" we never stated the item was in stock and ready for delivery. Now had we mentioned the item was in stock and you haven't received the item, than we would assume full liability for the part not being in your possession. We sincerely hope you can understand that the delay was not purposely caused by our establishment nor was it caused by Brabus Germany. Brabus wanted to ensure that the product you receive is not less then 100% satisfactory in standards and quality.

Once again, we are extremely sorry for this situation and know that we have been in constant contact with you directly and will continue doing so until this item is delivered.
