Newbie here, just picked up an 04 e55
Howdy everyone, I just picked up a 2004 E55, with 74K miles on the clock. This is my first benz, but my grandparents and mom have a w211 (03 e320 and 09 e350 respectively), and I work on both, so I know a little about this chassis.

What are you plans for the car? There are plenty of folks on this forum who will lead you to believe modding your car is a good idea
.If you want to search any topic (first mods to start with, etc.) just do a google search on "Mbworld best mods to start with" (as an example) and they will pop up.
In the meantime, enjoy your car! Get yourself an account with TireRack!

you got two (2) options:
1) Talk about it
2) Do it!
Good luck. Save yourself some $, pain, and agony and buy something pre-modded and well maintained. They are out there (and in this forum) and great value's for the $. You always get what you pay for...
