Fastest s600?

Sheer curiosity, what is the fastest s600?

I've seen 10.5, but that's it?

Anything faster?

I love that. No one would see that coming, not at all. What did that one have done to it? Exhaust sounded stock, definitely slicks, but I don't think that stopped at a tune on the motor.

Ah, no driveline mods? I'd think with that hit of nitrous, he'd be on the fast track to a blown rear end. 11.2 without nitrous is impressive, though. That's not a whole lot of modification for that kind of performance.

Are the rear ends on these known to go bad? Curious why you'd expect it to blow?

That's a lot of torque to the rearend. The Renntech tune alone puts it at 745lb/ft. It's in the neighborhood of 900lb/ft with nitrous, give or take, and slicks means the rear end gets all that power at once. If he were running street tires, the wheels would break loose before anything would be damaged. I'd be surprised if the stock rearend can handle the extra 300 lb/ft. Are the stock units that tough? I suppose the inherent delay of power delivery with the turbos would help...
