How to manually pump air into air tank???
About to pick up this e55 amg its no start, i would like to know if i can manually pump air and raise the suspenison to load it on my trailer

Without the diagnostic system, you're looking at a long, hard slog.

It is required if you expect to work on any Mercedes with a distributed micro-controller system operating over a CANBUS. If none of the above makes sense, start teaching yourself.
Search on "DAS Xentry Mercedes".

Assuming you can locate access or obtain a DAS, you'll need to go to "Control Units", "Chassis", "Airmatic" and follow the instructions to inflate the air springs.
