Weird A/C Delay
Hey guys. I'm experiencing a strange delay with my C55's air conditioning. When its hot outside the A/C takes about 5-10 minutes to kick on, then it works fine. Had the system vacuumed and they did not find any issues with levels of refrigerant. The car was scanned and showed a couple errors for the air blower or blower control module. I have full control over the speeds and temperature and ran the diagnostic on the climate control with no errors shown.
Not sure what is going on. Anyone run into a blower error that has caused issues with the A/C being delayed, particularly on cold start and hot day?

Out Of Control!!
Not a problem, however you seem confused. The AC blower is separate from the Aux engine\AC fan\control and I and we are assuming you are talking about the AC blower---correct. If not you have described your problem incorrectly.
To recap: The AC control unit sends a varying voltage message to the blower controller(blower mounted) based upon the AC control settings(auto\manual)---that's the system very simple!!

I would have thought if the resistor was bad I would not have control over the fan speed, and if the fan was bad I would not have air movement. So it would leave me to believe the control unit that I manipulate was acting up if the system was so simple.

OK so I replaced the blower motor and blower resistor with no help unfortunately. Should I try replacing the climate control itself? I see a lot of different part numbers for those units and have heard that they don't necessarily interchange? Vin if anyone could help: WDBRF76J95F619942
