Does anyone know a good place in NYC/CT/N.NJ to get a secondary cat delete done?

btw, how much does something like that normally cost around here? i know in other cities people have said 200-300 bucks.

Has anyone done this before on their cars? - Is there any issues? (besides the emissions)

Also, it is noticeable by the dealer when taken for service?
