Battery Location?
Anyone know the battery location on the C63S Coupes? Don't own car yet...
Front? Rear?
In doing a stereo swap, I hope to keep the power runs short....
Thx.

I appreciate it.
Has anyone ever used Helix speakers? I hear they are comparable to Focals.

Just as an FYI, others in doing their upgrades, have suggested changing the door speakers as not a priority until the provision of bass and control over EQ is achieved..
Personally i have gotten 75% of the way simply by using EQ app on the ip phone...
But the muddy bass is apparent if you listen for it especially with increased volume..
Thats the 6" front bass trying to do too much.. hence the DSP and EQ control prioritisation suggested by others..
All the best.

It's interesting, but not good for me....
I'm going to use the SD card as my source, not the phone.
Phone streaming and audio in general isn't good and you're just tricking the system to over compensate the factory EQ.
The factory EQ needs to be removed.
I would, however, love to find a DSP that is Bluetooth linked for real time control and monitoring.....
Now that would be cool.

Oh totaly, its soley a turd polisher..
But compared to nothing its allowing a "preferred" sound for bugger all.
And the standard limitations are apprent when using CD.
Playing around with the factory set up (EQ, surround, fade and balance etc)does lead to improvement but.........
I have too many competing priorities for that particular $3k..
All the best with your install
