bought a 2012 ml63 from freeman motor company in oregon. they sold me the car w/ a broken keyless go module. i was not aware of it at the time.

there's 2 buttons on the trunk, the lock button does not work. i took it to the dealer to diagnose it, they said keyless go module controls that and needs replaced. quoted me $950.

can i do this myself? i replaced the trunk actuator on my 2007 ml350. pretty easy.



think i found the part. 1669001601

would the key or part need programmed? that's out of my ability.

Sorry to hear that. They didn't give you like a 30day warranty or anything like that since you just bought it.

I just bought mine 2012 w/ P30. With a 5 year 100k warranty
