Buzzing Noise coming from Passenger A-pillar
Just bought a 2013 with 18k miles and when the top is closed and going above 55 mph I hear a buzzing noise coming from the passenger A-pillar area. I turned off the radio and HVAC and the noise is still present at speed. I thought is was a buzzing speaker at first. Anyone experienced this or have ideas?

taking to dealer
The noise is very repeatable which is good, so the dealer can't say they don't hear it. I also recorded it with my phone. I will let you know what they find. Very annoying.

take it to the dealer. I had the same issue. They were able to recreate the sound by driving my r231 on the highway. They said something on the roof needed to be sealed. This is a warranty item so its free.

I had wind noise one time (not buzzing) due to replacement of the windshield and there was a gap in the rubber seal of the A-Pillar cover (the painted piece of the A-pillar.

Had a similar buzzing noise that turned out to be the sliding cover for the glass roof. Quite annoying, but easily repaired.

Got it back from dealer
this is exactly the same issue. Problem solved. World Wide Mitors in Indianapolis are awesome to work with.

Noise is Back
Drove the car at Interstate speeds 70 MPH + and the noise was present. It moved from 55 MPH to now 70 MPH. Took it to the dealer today. Hopefully, they fix it completely this time.

A pillar trim piece replaced
Dealer finally solved the issue by replacing the Exterior trim piece on the A Pillar. Noise is now gone even above 100 mph. Highly recommend World Wide motors in Indianapolis.
