Help! w211 E55 Tensioner pulley adjustment bolt problem

Looking for help with this problem: In the process of replacing the serpentine belt on my 2005 w211 E55 and while trying to relieve the tension on the belt I put too much pressure on the adjustment bolt and it broke off. Now I am left with the task of replacing the tensioner without being able to access the two torx nuts that secure it. Any suggestions on how to remove the tensioner?

remove the pulley and see whats under it, drill a hole in the arm and tap a bolt in there to move it around/lever post or get a sawsall and cut the arm off to get access to the hidden botls--

Thanks so much for the prompt reply. I have a friend that is handy with a dremel and suggested that he saw off a corner of the tensioner that's covering the bolt as you suggested. I'm somewhat hesitant about having the mettle dust from sawing in my engine compartment.
