No Crank No Start?

No Crank No Start?
Hey,
I have an issue where my 1998 E320 won't crank over. Everything lights up AC, dash, windows. However, when turning the key to start nothing happens no click or anything.
The E320 has approximately 98,000 miles.
Backstory:
I was driving one day and my car randomly died on the highway and wouldn't crank like it is now.
I had it towed back home and assuming it was a battery issue I got a new battery and installed it, it started it up fine then I turned it off. Now since then it hasn't cranked over.
I've tried starting it in neutral as well, same results.
What I've check:
-I know the starter works because I bypassed it two different ways, one was with a starter bypass and one by passing the starter relay 36 and 87. It cranks but doesn't turn over.
-The battery I know is good because its a new battery and I tried it with my C240.
-I check the starter relay K40 and switched it with a new relay and nothing happens.
-I've checked all the fuses that I know of and they are all good.
From what I've read the brake light switch, TCM leak, ignition switch, key fob, and gear selector might be whats causing all these issues?
Whats everyone's thought? Is there something that disables fuel and starting the car? Any idea of how one might go about this issue?

Out Of Control!!
Are you able to move the key to various positions in the ignition module!!--simple yes or no
PS: brake light switch, TCM and gear selector switch are all HS created at Ben's Wurld--focus on the key and ignition switch!!

Well then in the macro sense---all you have is key, ignition module, front SAM, relay and starter.
Have you checked the relay voltage in circuit---does it receive voltage in starting position--yes or no!

Wow now I know why you are confused-----you also posted on the Ben's Wurld dating service. I see they have you totally misinformed and having you run around and charge your new battery------that's great advice!!

If this is the K40 relay or any relay----look at the electrical schematic printed on the relay---apply voltage to correct posts---do you hear a click or not---if you hear a click the relay is good!
