Hello all. I am new to the forum. Car delivered thhis week. This is our third GL. Prev ones were 2011 and 2014 gl350btc's.
Already posted these pics on another thread so sorry for redundancy.
This one has all options except Offroad, rear seat entertainment and Bang Olufsen. Swapped OEM tires onto some new OZ wheels as we really wanted a sportier look. Would have loved a 550 but figured on something closer to diesel in fuel economy.
Initial impressions:
active curve feels amazing esp in sport mode. Very satisfying to drive. Love the gasoline engine.
Notice that the third row sunroof is no longer there even with pano roof option. Didnt know that was a change for this model year.
Love the saddle brown interior with open pore wood trim. Gives a lighter leather look combined woth a darker dash and headliner.
That is one of several concerns. It sure separates the passenger from the driver. Lack of interior storage is another. We like having a small cooler and snacks in the car during road trips. The C8 has virtually zero room as the engine is immediately behind the seats.
