Key fob not working correctly
Hello i need help with my key fob. It stopped unlocked/locking the doors of the car and won't open the trunk. I changed put the batteries and it still isn't working. However it does work when I'm really close to the vehicles door. How can I fix this?

Out Of Control!!
If the batteries were really new, then you personally won't be able to fix the fault without
some good diagnostic tools that interrogate the very complicated central locking system.
Find an indy with some good tools!!

Typical failure on knobs is that the coil breaks off the solder and only infra-red sender works on very close range.
Check youtube for videos if you are handy with soldering iron. Other than that it is new key time

The second key that I have doesn't unlock/lock the doors either so would it still be the key fob that is not working? sometimes the key fob will work on the passenger side of the car tho
