The #$%^#& front end clunking sound.

I have read many threads about the "clunk" sound from the front end. I have it, from the front passenger wheel well, usually at slower speeds, and its driving me insane.

My 2012 GL450 is a CPO car, and I am hell bent on them solving this problem before the upcoming expiration of the CPO coverage.

Can you wise folks please share any and all thoughts on what I want to insist they check at the next service to try to solve the problem. I want to make a list for my service advisor.

From the threads, the list I have is:

1. Sway bar/anti-roll bar end links
2. control arm bushings (is this same as "front bushings"?)
3. Right front knuckle
4. CV shaft

Anything I am missing?

My El Mecho is changing my swaybar links. I suppose I could have done it myself, but they're super cool.

Will it fix it? Entirely? Hell no. At least, if it does, I'll sing many songs.

Steering rack (driver's side) mounting bushings should be checked as well.
