Just listed for sale. I absolutely love this car....so much so that I'm ready to move up to the AMG-GT roadster next year

If I understand you correctly, you purchased this car as a C.P.O, correct? At that time, the dealer gave you and extended, factory warranty, correct? I was under the impression that CPO extended warranties were not transferable. Please advise as to what the rules are on this. If The warranty were transferable to me, would it be transferable from me to the next owner? Perhaps you could post a copy of the language on this? Thanks.

Yes....the warranty is transferable to a private party, but not a dealership. I made sure of this before I purchased the car.

I suggest you list it on eBay. I wasn't really in the market, but killing time a couple of Sunday mornings ago, saw a 2013, pretty much equipped similar to yours, clicked Buy It Now and she's now in my garage. An impulse buy I'm very happy with.

Thanks for the tip. I would try eBay but don't they take something like 10%? I'm not sure I want to give them $6K to sell my car. I could probably do just as well trading it in and getting the sales tax credit.
