On my 2001 CL500, I have to go through the Comand system.

Pages 223 to 227 in the Comand Operator's Manual

My command system isnt synced with my dash. So the command systems time is correct but the dash clock is still an hour off.

If you go into the settings menu for date and time...you will be able to change the minutes only. Change the minutes until the hour on the dash is correct.

I did get the instrument cluster replaced few months back. Maybe everything is synced except the time.

Possibly coded for a different region than the rest of the car, so it thinks it's in a different time zone.

If you change it though comand, it's always an hour off? If so, I'd suggest re-coding it via SDS, as I don't know why they wouldn't sync up. Do you have a navi disc in the car?
