Repainting

Hey guys, I have a 04 s500 with the notorious rust at the bottom of the front doors. I am ordering some doors from ebay off a 2000 s500 that will need to be repainted to match my cars color (Everest Green Metallic) How much money should i expect to pay for a professional shop to repaint each door? I've seen anywhere from $100-$500 per door online

You get what you pay for, at the very least it should cost $250 per door to have a shot at a good result.

"You get what you pay for..."

While I agree with the intended meaning, this statement is not always true. The true statement (IMHO) is, "You almost never get more than you pay for, and sometimes you don't get as much as you pay for."

That is a more accurate statement, Wally. I have been victim to overpaying for the results painting before, and another time I got more than I payed for. It can go either way, but reality is usually in the middle. Google and Yelp are a big help in determining the trustworthiness of a place. Too many negative reviews or even one obviously fake one provide good warning.

All depends who you find
There are great painters who will do it for $200 a door and terrible painters who will charge $500 per door

Online quotes are useless . Get local quotes from people who actually see the job and look at their work and their reviews
