Anybody spring for Mbrace after your free trial was up?
Curious if this option is/was useful to you when you got your MB? I've just started my free trial and honestly can't see myself calling a cosigner to help me with anything, nor needing the entertainment features of a wireless hot spot, etc. The safety features, such as collision notification might provide some peace of mind. Not sure if others find the Mbrace features useful and would be interested in your experiences.

I wouldn't consider paying to extend ANY portion of mbrace, mbrace secure, apps until Mercedes gets their act together and makes mbrace at least more reliable. One third of the time I can't even get remote start to work or the system to locate my car.
IMO, Mercedes needs to beef up mbrace with more features to be worth the cost of extending it...like the ability to turn on window defrosters, heated seats, or even let you know how much gas is in the tank (like my wife's Jaguar XE does). Mercedes also has to improve on the speed, 3G just doesn't cut it.

It's just terrible. I've had my S63 in the dealer for a total of like 8 days for them to figure out why it doesn't work dependably. They've essentially given up.
And in the last couple weeks, Google maps stopped supporting the Send2Benz feature. So there goes the only good reason to use it.
