Can someone enlighten me on the MF and RV for a 2017 GLE63s and GLE63. I have been shown .00199 and 54% for 36 months 10k miles. Also, the pull ahead program they are offering 5 months payment, are they somehow burying the money into the new lease.


I know there is a AMG forum, I thought that someone here might know as well.

Check out the leasehackr.com forum. Search site to see what comes up plus ask other users. It's all about leasing and has an excellent calculator.

I have ordered a GLC300 arriving end Feb. I should be getting 3 months off on my current lease and I did ask if it was free an clear or added into my new lease. Salesman said free not a factor in new lease.

.00199 translates to a interest rate of 4.776% which seems a little high since it should reflect new car purchase loan rates. If you search the web you should find lower rates. The 54% seems a little low. I think closer to 60%. Have you checked a few other dealers for a comparison?

You didn't mention acquisition fee. That should be $795. Which MBUSA and my local dealer car ads all say.

Thanks, I have tried several dealerships and the numbers have been anything but understandable. This is isn't the first Mercedes I have leased, but I have never seen such a variety of numbers. I am beginning to believe that the leasing an AMG is like living in the wild wild west. Anything goes. It's funny, when asked for the actual numbers, the sales people have no clue.

I agree "numbers" are their game. I can remember when Xerox copiers were the only game in town. The trouble was that it was impossible to figure the cost per copy because of the way they played with in invoice numbers. The car dealers do the same.

Only advice I can give, make sure you do your homework. Get the facts and make the salesman explain it. You would think that the Mercedes salesman have a higher degree of ethics, but its all about selling a car. If there are any honest Mercedes salesman that read these forums, please chime in.

Not sure if this will apply to 63s but I just signed for a 43 coupe: Got 0.00133 and 54% RV.

If do the math, your rate come to 3.19%, considerably lower than mine. Thank you for your input. I am really thinking, for a the first time, to buy a used certified one. Less moving parts on the deal, lower interest rates because most banks give new cars rates up to 84 months, more warranty and they have suffered the first year depreciation. I found a couple of GLE63Ss with less than 3K miles for about 23% less than the MSRP. Since most of these cars have about a 6% mark up, a 23% drop with just a few miles and 5 year unlimited mile warranty kind of looks attractive.

No worries, I looked for a used but with 10-20K miles they were still 66K-72K USED!!!
I'm not planning to keep outside of the 4yrs/50K so new lease was a steal.

Good luck, the car has f@%&ing ridiculous beastly proportions in person. HUGE. The rear spoiler is level with my chest!!

Leasehackr and edmunds forums are good sources but can be hit or miss when finding current info for lower volume models. Doesn't help also that Mercedes has different RV and MF for different vehicles. I know the GLS550 has a higher MF than the GLS450. so I wouldn't be surprised to see the same with a GLE63 over a GLE350. They make you pay for the bigger motor in more ways than one. You might be on the right track that CPO might be better than leasing new.

Thanks, I did check those websites. I ended up buying a 2015 ML63 with 200 miles. It was new and never tilted. I was able to buy it for $78.5K and got a CPO warranty. That was huge discount off the 109K sticker. I was under the impression there wasn't anything major between a 2017 and a 2015, maybe a little more technology and front end. And even though it has less bhp, I don't think I'll noticed it around town.
