R129 SL 600 level control
I just had my 98 SL 600 Sport front end drop to the bottom, tires up in the wheel wells, and ripped the fenders when I had to turn to get off of the road. The fix is $2k, but the problem is a leveling arm connector that is $50. Check your front and back level sensor arms. They have a plastic joint that can degrade. It could have been hit by something or by hitting a bump in the road but being plastic is the problem. This is per the mechanic, I am not that smart.

How difficult and how much is the switch to shocks? I have 1997 Renntech SL74. It was lowered by Renntech, and for the most part, it's a great daily driver. The only problem I have is the ADS light comes on. Everything works, but the mounting bracket for the sensor works loose. It really doesn't affect anything, but it is annoying.
