Where in the world are you? Which Island? Did your car come thru Japan or USA?
Some wiring may be different! The seat control modules may be unplugged. Have all the fuses ( ceramic with AL metal ) been changed to Cu? The HVAC control system has a readout? The EC or other buttons don't light up?
My experience with ECU's and power surges or "jumped" batteries has not been as bad as some comments lead me to believe. The control modules all over the car can and do "wear out" the bad news, very few rebuilds or junk yard finds are worthy, so I buy new from Benz but that is $$$$! good luck with your sort on this project car. They are fun to drive!
