Change from automatic to manual
Is it possible to change from automatic to a manual transmission in a 95 SL320..?

1992 500SL White V12 Conversion, 2014 Honda Rebel
Yes by making a special adapter plate and a custom driveshaft to compensate for difference in length

In Thailand they have adapter plates for the m119 v8 to use a 6 speed Nissan 350z transmission
