1991 300SL Soft Top Issue
Greetings all!! I am new to the forum and find it most informative.
My issue began with dropping the top and raising the roll bar. All was well until it was time to raise the top. I lowered the roll bar some time before attempting to raise the top, when I attempted to raise the top, nothing but a flashing light from the switch. I manually raised the top and started the diagnostics later.
I realized that now the roll bar would not work at all. Fuses good and battery checked out fine.
Codes from the top where:18,19,21,22. I was able to clear all except 21.
Codes from the roll bar where:3,4,5,6,7,8,9. I was able to clear all except 5,6,8.
The roll bar works now but no action from the top.
Both windows work perfectly!
What am I missing???
