New R129 Soft Top Issues

just picked up a 92 R129 with some softop issues. i cant get the hardtop to pop off, only to latch on. The soft doesnt operate at all and the roll bar ive gotten to function correctly but usually it only will up or down with the hardtop on. Ive been able to get the toneau cover to come up but after that it stops, i only see a part of the soft top moving slightly on the passeneger side when I it trys to bring it up. The error codes I pulled are:

6, 7, 10, 13, 25, 29

I looked up the codes in the table but im not sure what they mean or how to fix them. any help is appreciated

Have you checked the fluid level in the tank attached to the top hydraulic pump? It's located in the trunk beneath the spare tire.

Yes, I checked it. When I first checked, it was all the way to top and filled above the Max line. My windshield hydraulics are leaking a good amount now so the tank so the level in the tank has dropped to the max line now.

I don't know how to tell if I need my hydraulics rebuilt or if is an issue with sensors/ switches. I know I need my top windshield latches obviously since they are leaking like crazy, but I don't know how to find out if the hydraulics that raise the soft top need to be rebuilt. I pulled these error codes:

6 Limit switch, left locked, soft top fabric bow
7 Limit switch, right locked, soft top fabric bow
10 Limit switch, left front locked, soft top
13 Limit switch soft top fabric bow raised
25 Limit switch signals illogical
29 No axle vehicle wheel speed sensor signal

I cleared out the codes tried again, a few times, and got the same codes back though not all at once. They are all Limit switches except for 29, so how do I find each switch and ensure they are working right?

If the hydraulics leak, ship them to Klaus and Top Hydraulics for a rebuild. He does a great job for about $55 a cylinder.
