SL 320
Engine Paint Bubbles
My 1997 SL320 has bubbles in the paint on the top of the engine/valve cover. I see the topic has been discussed in 2002 but never a good solution. Does anyone have updated information re repainting, replacing, etc. what appears to be a common issue. Thanks.

It's common, every one I've seen is like that. You could sand it down and paint but then it's no longer factory stock:-)
