Hi everyone, i am posting on behalf of my parents who are no strangers the Mercedes, only brand they have owned since their first W140 in the 90'. They recently bought a 2000 SL500 with aftermarket 3pc 19" Lowenhart LD5 wheels. the problem is one of the wheels is bent and is unable to be repaired because the previous owner had already tried fixing it and made it worse. The problem is Lowenhart apparently went out of businesses and we can't seem to find a local wheel repair shop that can track down a barrel/lip for this particular wheel or even wants to try for that matter. My question is does anyone here that has 3pc wheel know of a company that will custom make a barrel/lip? or have any advice? I know they don't want to end up buying a new set of wheels but i think i might come down to it. Wish the original wheels were still on the car lol
