mercedes 2000 sl 500
Hi I got a 2000 SL500 benz. The problem I am facing is the airbags light comes on and of when I have a passanger. Any ideas how to solve this problem

Have you checked the occupancy sensor?
I comes on and of, as deactivating the passenger airbag? Or is the malfunction light?

How do I check the occupancy sensor?
Yes it seems to come on when passenger sits both the passenger air bag light and the main SRS airbag light on the cluster. Both come and go together and come and go away randomly as long as someone is sitting there.
