99 sl500 newbie
Guys is the interior dome light(above the rear view mirror} supposed to come on when you open a door? Mine doesn't but will if I push the on off buttons

The switch has 3 positions. I think it is left in for door activation.
Can double check it once it stop raining...

1995 SL600
my 1995 SL600 has three positions on the left switch auto/off/on
if you switch it to the auto position the lights come on when the door opens and when you unlock the doors with the remote

Well the lights work when I switch them on ,push the switch to the left and nothing, The interior lights at the floor do work when door is opened. Any ideas?
