Hello, I am new here,I am in need of a transmission for my 94 SL 600,it is the early production 722.3.I had a core unit rebuilt for it and after I installed it it wouldn't upshift,so I had it towed to the shop that built the trans and they had to pull it out and went through it again.in the process they broke the Bowden cable so I had to get a new one shipped from Germany.the shop cannot get the problem resolved,and i did take it to a local benz dealer that has a good trans guy and he recomended pulling and replacing it.so after about two thousand dollars I just want to get a different trans for it.I am in the Pittsburgh area if anybody has anything.the car only has around 32k on it and I have replaced all the usual problem stuff over the last 5 years so I am to deep into it to give it up now.thanks.
