Hmm, i had a similar issue that was solved when i changed my crankshaft position sensor... mine definitely wasn't that bad though. It hasn't been sitting for too long but first thing i would try is unplugging both batteries and letting it sit for a night, then maybe a fresh tank of gas and an air filter check.

I've got about the same thing going on with my car right now too- I "think" it's due to sticky TB/Idle control stuff. Mine was sitting as well- since the 2006 motor wasn't in the car and the car hadn't been running.
