SL/R230: STUCK NAV CD

STUCK NAV CD
I bought an SL and one NAV cd is missing and I cannot feed a cd into the COMAND unit's CD slot. I believe the missing NAV cd is stuck inside. Is there a manual pinhole or other procedure to remove/eject it?
