04 SL500 door window
Does anyone know how to adjust the door window?
I was staying at a hotel and forgot about my radar detector. Someone decided they needed it more than I do so they smashed the window grabbed the detector pulled up on the center console breaking the latch for $2 and some change.
I found a window on eBay for $165 shipped. I have the window installed and the adjustments back to were the original was but it does not fit in the same place on the seals. The windows open a little when the door is opened and close all the way when the door is closed.
I need to install the door panel with the electric connected so window will go up all the way when I close the door but then I have to remove the panel to adjust it. Is there an easier way?
