Brake Disc replacement problem 2004
Hi All,
I'm hoping that there's someone else that has come across this issue in the past and can assist.
I have a 2004 SL500 and need new front and rear brake discs. I have been through all of the websites I can find for brakes and when I select the model it does not offer discs for my Chassis number. I can put in 2005 and this would cover it but all of the pictures show vented rear discs and as soon as I phone the help lines and explain they tell me that they don't provide discs for my model.
Mercedes have quoted me $150 for the front and $140 for the rear sets.
My chassis is F073762 and the car currently has drilled and vented front and solid non vented rears.
I do have one option for ELine rotors but as I've had so many other online places tell me they don't do these for my car I'm a bit skeptical now.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Thanks in advance

Appears to be a brake change at chassis #F063164.
If you check this site, you'll find the 2004 stops at the chassis number above, and 2005 picks up from there. Looks like you need 2005.
Also - I always find the best prices, selection and service at Rockauto.
