Top won't go up all the way
2003 SL500 leak in hydraulic fluid in top won't go up all the way where is the fill for the hydraulic fluid for the top can the top be closed manually

Out Of Control!!
Wow is that complicated---whatever, remove the spare tire cover and you should see the hydraulic unit which holds a total of 0.132 liters of fluid.
Look to the two oil level triangles on the pump---if the fluid is between the triangles then the issue is not fluid-----plus I would never repeat never let anyone putz around with the roof that is not qualified!!
