SL/R107: 1979 450SL Seatbelt won't latch

1979 450SL Seatbelt won't latch
Hello,
Brand new member, just did my check and I am wasting no time...
Issue #1 is neither of my seat belts will latch. I have never removed a seat belt before on any auto. I see that this one has the buzzer wire (I'm guessing) in addition to the 11/16 bolt holding it in place. Anyone with suggestions on fixing or replacing these pieces.
I would much rather take it out and fix it than have to replace it. Not sure how to detach the wire either.
My first MB 450SL and I am super excited about it. Its a 1979 Euro.

Wow. NO clue how to do this, but check on Benzworld.org in their 107 section. There are a LOT of long-time 107 people there that have probably run into this. Good luck
