SL/R107: noisy aux fan

noisy aux fan
Hi,
I own sl-450 1976, few months ago my aux fan started to be very noisy so I bought a new one (genuine Mercedes) and put it on. Even due I replaced it the new is noisy as well. I think when it comes on it works in full power and my question is if that should be like that? Isn’t it should have 2 speeds? High speed for coolant liquid over 100 Celsius and low speed when it's been activated by the ac pressure switch. I know that the fan is being activated by the ac pressure switch because I disconnect the coolant liquid sensor and jumped the pressure switch wires.
If there are should be 2 speeds can somebody advise what the problem can be and the part number I should bought.
