Best 12v Source under the hood

Hi all, I just received my OBDI tester and I want to check for faults. I need to source +12VDC for the tester since the 8pin socket doesn't have a positive voltage source like the 16 and 32 pin sockets. What is a good source under the hood for 12VDC with the ignition on?

There is a junction block on the right inner fender. It has a cover over it. Open the cover and you will see the positive cable connection. Right is passenger side.
