107 Euro Bumpers
Rumor has it there is a 107 Euro bumper kit coming out in Europe. As a sponsor we were wondering how many 107 owners would be interested in changing their US bumpers for around $1,500/pair (front and rear).
Also, does anyone know if they could bolt up to all the US 107 cars without modification?

I think these are the stainless version made in Vietnam. A couple of members on BenzWorld.org bought them and were satisfied with the quality. It is a full kit with rubber, rear valance, bolts etc. included.
It was stated the supplier had contracted with a European business and was no longer selling to individuals.
Here is one thread on converting a North American 560SL http://www.oursl.com/NewsLetter/NL0806/Euro-Bumper.htm . Others have been able to do it with out the front side bracket modification. I remember a post about the front center brackets being a small problem as the later NA models were not tapped for the mounting bolt.
I have no interest in them as I only have two NA models, '73 with small bumpers and '86 with park bench bumpers. The others are Standard/Euro models.

Wasn't trying to be rude. Thanks for the referral to that info, which was very helpful. Honestly, I though more people would be interested in converting their bumpers than it seems like there are.
