380SL sitting for 10 years

This car has been sitting for 10 year. When I put it up it did start but would not run. Where do I start on this restoration?
I thought the first thing I need to do is drop the entire fuel tank and inspect for rust and damage, replace hoses, clean screens.
What else should I concentrate on besides changing oil, transmission fluid, and coolant.

2014 E350 Wagon, 2007 S600, 2009 SL550 with ABC removed, 2011 S400 with Hybrid removed
cleaning the fuel tank is a good idea, new fuel filter, do the brake job before you drive it as well.
