Hello all. I have a 1976 Mercedes 450SL that sat for quite a while before I purchased it last summer. My mechanic spent two months going through the fuel system, replacing vacuum lines, fuel injectors, fuel distributor, plugs, wires, etc. to try to cure a rough idle and hard starting, but it still has those issues.

I would appreciate any suggestions for a mechanic in NY/Connecticut area that is expert with these fuel injection systems.
