Did you purchase the kit on Ebay, or direct? I figured, usually these kits need some additional material to have the parts line up correctly. Did they supply the headlights as well? Why did you go with this kit instead of the BS kit?

Only one issue, they send me 2 USED Parts (front grill and exhaust tips) in the package and i complaint and they replace them . other than that was ok
They said it was from another show car, and since they were backorders they assumed i would be ok with used... kind of BS but the problem was solved

Good that they sent you new parts, did they pay for the shipping back? I have a hard time trusting an overseas company when dealing in the thousands.

I recognize that body kit, very nice job. My kit did take quite a bit of work to make it fit, the small gap at the front of the bonnet still bothers me a little but I must say the customer service was good and when we had an issue with one of the parts they offered to replace it straight away.
Nanook are those forgestar cf10's you have?

Ok, just saw that in your post, they are identical to the cf10's, I like them.
You need to black out the grille on the front.
Did you see my car? I added some red accents, some worked some didn't. I have removed some of them now.

I made a few changes to my sl55 recently after a little wildlife incident..
Besides the obvious front mesh grille, the bumper cover cracked in several locations, oil cooler and shroud were damaged, some other small bits and pieces.
So I decided to use it as an opportunity to make some changes, namely to the sl55 f1/030 / sl65 front bumper,
I put a lower lip spoiler on as well as I thought the sl65 bumper looked funny without it (the chunky lower body line on the amg skirts and rear bumper doesn't wrap around the front on the 65 bumper as it does on the 55). It is matte black though I may change it to gloss carbon some day. The matte looks good to me right now and compliments the grille
All the mesh grilles were DIY, along with the rest of the conversion (including body work/paint)
I'm on the fence but have a pair of the smooth non-parktronic bumper strips as well, I may swap to them for a cleaner look and figure something else out for the parking sensors
