If I understand your post correctly, your SC bearings have dislodged from the pulley. That happened to me and I had to replace the Nachi bearings.
There are many u-tube video's showing how to replace the bearings. The bearings only cost about $40. Don't get forced into buying a whole new pulley. You don't have to. Here's a few pictures of what my bearings looked like when they failed.

hey I was just wondering how many miles you guys had on the car when you got this done? This just happened to me at 58k, is that common? My indy charged me $500 for a new belt, bearing and labor...
