SL500 Engine Oil Cap or dipstick

Can anyone tell me where to check the oil? There is a black cap with an oil can logo on it, but it won't budge (doesn't screw off or pop off). Is this where to check the oil level? If so how do you get the cap off. I don't see a "dipstick" anywhere. Thanks.

That's your fill point. Twist harder to remove.
The dipstick hole is the small ring type plug center rear of the engine. May not have a dip stick, check the manual for the digital procedure.
