Renntech questions

Thanks in advance for your help.

Pic is for question 1

1) What is this? It has a Renntech logo on it.

2) I have the manual for the Renntech lowering module. It says I can download and use the software to change the settings. Where is the mini usb port located to plug into?

1) That is a bypass, which you can plug in in place of the lowering module to return to stock.

2) On the SL the lowering module is located behind a panel under the dash on the left side of the car.

Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Thank you

Thanks.

Why is the bypass module needed when you can do the same by software?

You're very welcome.

The bypass would be used in place of the lowering module if you were to remove the lowering module from the car.

I think I get it. Pull the plug that is in there now and replace with this one.

One more question. With the ECU tune is that only active when in sport and manual mode or all 3 modes?
