SL63 Speed limiter removal
I am considering ordering a new MY2015 SL63 (in the UK)
Now that Mercedes have done away with the Performance pack option, and included power and differential as standard, according to the July Price list, in order or remove the limited max speed from 155MPH you now have to purchase the AMG Drivers Package (option 250, Attendance at an AMG ‘Power & Passion’ driving event and Increase to the electronically limited top speed) for £2825
Am I missing something, or this this a very expensive track day and an adjustment to a setting in the ECU?
I can't believe that it is so expensive for a speed de-limit
