How do I use the race start function on my 2013 sl 63?

Hopefully someone will get you an answer here, but you might want to post on the R231 AMG forum as well. The race start mode in my SL is controlled by my right foot and it is known to be a bit heavy often resulting in smoky burnouts.

Push amg button, turn traction control off (sport mode comes on the dash) then turn the knob to RS

Ps engine must be fully warm
